To inspire my clients to enjoy life to the fullest in a pain free and healthy fashion.
Craig Hardingham, Founder and Director
I believe a healthier you is a happier you and good health can be achieved through many facets. I get to see the detrimental effects pain or injury have on people daily, which can range from not being able to exercise to not being able to walk. I also get to see the transformations people make when they start to live a life vacant of pain and injury.
I am a big believer in our unique treatment method here at Injury Active, which has constantly evolved since opening our first clinic back in 2013. It is a system built on treating you as an individual, listening intently, educating, honest conversations and hard work.
I try to lead by example by being the best version of myself I can be. I love running, weightlifting and all things fitness related and can’t wait to get involved in some more sporting events in the coming years that challenge me. It makes me feel energised and I love taking control of my own health. When I pick up injuries, I understand the profound effect it has and it’s why I am always so empathetic towards people in pain. I will never stop treating because I love seeing people improve.
I strongly believe that a great sports therapist has a passion for fitness, has the ability to coach and loves to learn.
Fascinated by the human body. Dedicated to making people move better.
Emily Gray. Masters Clinical Exercise Physiology
Throughout my years of study, I have developed a passion for helping people be the best versions of themselves.
While completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science, I became fascinated with the human body and its capabilities. This brought me to further my knowledge with a Master of Exercise Physiology and the study of Myotherapy.
Growing up I was always very active with dancing and swimming. Today, I enjoy strength training and different forms of cardio.
As an individual, I am dedicated to my own health and fitness, and my career and life goals.
