Our classes transform the way you move and speed-up your recovery process if injured. Because they are run on a 1-2-1 basis they can be tailored to your needs and fitness level. You will also been able to combine your recovery with our classes if treated by us. Our practitioner will also follow your progress if you follow a training schedule and communicate with your therapist if your recovery needs to be adjusted.

At home, clients can continue their recovery between appointments by integrating short Pilates sessions. If seeing one of our therapists to treat an injury, your Pilates instructor and your therapist will work together to help you get rid of injury faster. Your instructor will also make recommendations to physio or sports massage if needed.
