If you feel as though squatting, pulling or other movements have changed and you are not doing these equally then these need to be checked. Overloading structures will likely cause an injury.
If there is an uncontrolled rotation occurring when squatting for example, then there will be a great emphasis on force at certain areas as a result.
Fundamentally we can identify a lot of these areas through squatting and find ways at amending these.
The benefits are huge from amending movement, and equally reinforcing bad movement patterns will only hinder your training.
