Injury Active Clinic will be supporting Matt George to run the length of the country
We are happy to announce that we will be supporting Matt George who will be running the length of the country. Matt will be ‘running for refugees’ as he takes on 32 marathons in 36 days.
Yes, this is mad but also for a great cause. We will be supporting him throughout his training offering him injury advice, treatment and also planning his recovery routines to allow him to get through this huge challenge. We all know that one marathon can be challenging let alone 32 so we hope to support Matt as much as we can.
The refugee council
This charity is one of the leading charities working with refugees in the UK and supports them to rebuild their lives. All money raised in Matt’s challenge will be going directly to this charity. Refugees have been all over the media recently and things don’t seem to be getting better anytime soon. This is the biggest refugee crisis since world war II so help is certainly needed!
Matt’s journey
The journey will begin at Lands’End in September then 36days later will end in John’O Groats. To find out more about this challenge take a look at the link below…

We look forward to the next couple of months of supporting Matt through his training and getting him to those marathon start lines.
