I really recommend this workshop…did it about 3 months ago and my squat technique was far from perfect…this gave me extreme awareness of what the essentials of squatting are and what my limitations were and how to work on them.
Also taught me the comfort position I should stick with…so very useful to learn to ignore those tips/suggestions that come from everywhere when you’re training.
On a side note, within this period my back squat went from 95 to 115 kg….still not awesome weight but good improvement for 2-3 months.
