STRENGTH & STABILTY YOGA
Strength and stability yoga is a dynamic flow class, but with holds in poses allowing you to strengthen and bring more awareness to your body.
As you build on the sequence, each week there will always be a different anatomical focus to stress and test your body and mind.
Whist every class is different, some of the core elements will remain the same - "I feel that some familiarity gives the students the space to really focus on the key points each class rather than everything being different every time." Lucy Robinson

How it works..
Flexibility
Yoga improves balance, flexibility and mental relief.
Thanks to slow movements and deep breathing, you'll experience an increase of blood flow which
will warm-up muscles while holding a pose helps to build up balance.
Muscle-strength
A yoga practice engages muscle naturally. By building a strong yoga practice you can optimise muscle strength through pose progressions, flow structure and intensity. Build strength in functional ways, rather than isolated movements.
Performance
A faster yoga flow can help build stamina, endurance and improve cardiovascular fitness. The fluidly work of a yoga practice lengthen muscles while alleviating toughness or restriction at the tendon or joint.
Get rid of stress and mental anxiety
Regular yoga practice contributes to better stress management. It cleanses the mind of difficult thoughts and helps with mental relaxation.
Improve your fitness and cardio
Our strength and stability yoga classes will strengthen your bones, joints and muscles, making your body more resilient so it can handle the stresses life places upon it more effectively.
