Clinical Pilates 1-2-1 · Cambridge & Sawston
One-to-one Pilates sessions with a clinician, built around your body, your injury history and what you want to get back to.
What We Offer
Clinical Pilates uses Pilates-based exercise to build control, strength and confidence in how you move. Because every session is one-to-one, the exercises are chosen and adjusted for you, rather than following a class.
Many people use Clinical Pilates during or after rehab for back, neck, hip or pelvic pain, or simply to move better. Our Clinical Pilates is led by Emma Benton, a graduate sport rehabilitator (MSci Sports Rehabilitation, BASRaT registered).
Clinical Pilates 1-2-1 is available at our Cambridge and Sawston clinics. We do not run group Pilates classes.
