What We Offer

Physiotherapy built around your recovery.

Our physiotherapists start by understanding what happened, what you're struggling with and what you want to get back to. Then they assess how you move to work out what's likely to be driving the problem.

Treatment combines hands-on care, advice and a progressive exercise plan. Many people find the exercise part is what makes the biggest difference long term. That's the thinking behind Train With Pain: the right dose of movement is part of recovery.

Our physiotherapists work alongside our sports therapists and coaches, so your care stays joined up from the treatment room to the gym floor.

Physiotherapy or sports therapy? Our physiotherapists and sports therapists see the same range of problems, from back pain and sports injuries to nerve-related pain such as sciatica. Book whichever suits you, or call us and we will help you choose.

FAQs

Common questions about physiotherapy

Are your physiotherapists registered?
Yes. Our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which regulates physiotherapists in the UK.
What's the difference between physiotherapy and sports therapy?
Both treat muscle, joint, nerve-related and sports injuries using assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise, and both see the same range of problems at our clinics. Physiotherapists are HCPC-registered healthcare professionals. Sports therapists are trained in injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, and are not HCPC regulated. If you are not sure which to book, call us and we will help.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. If anything in your assessment suggests you should see your GP or a specialist, we'll tell you and explain why.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem and your goals, so we won't guess before we've met you. At your first appointment we'll explain what we found, a realistic plan and how we'll know it's working.
