What We Offer

Not a normal gym. Not a normal clinic.

Our Strength & Conditioning classes are for people who want to get strong while managing an injury, an old niggle or simply a body that needs a bit more thought.

Classes are small and coached, so your coach can watch your technique and adjust your programme in real time. Our coaches work alongside our physiotherapists and sports therapists, so your training and treatment stay joined up.

FAQs

Common questions about gym

Can I just drop in?
Everyone starts with a gym consultation, then our 5-phase Train With Pain Method: consultation, assessment, nutrition, any rehab you need, then coached small-group classes. Book your consultation online to get started.
Do I need to see a therapist first?
No. Most people join directly. If you have an injury that needs looking at first, we'll suggest physiotherapy or sports therapy.
Are there Saturday classes?
No, we do not run classes on Saturdays. See the gym page and timetable for current class times.
How much does it cost?
See our prices page for current membership options, or ask us.
