Emma Benton

Emma has danced since the age of three, and her own injuries sparked her interest in rehabilitation. She went on to complete a master's-level degree in Sports Rehabilitation and is registered with BASRaT.

She believes the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of rehab, and builds each plan around the person's needs. She leads our Clinical Pilates 1-2-1 sessions at Cambridge and Sawston.
