Jess Barclay

Jess has a degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy and additional training in trauma management. She looks at the bigger picture, including sleep, diet and activity, alongside treatment.

She builds a personalised rehab plan for each person and focuses on a trusting relationship from the first session.

Fun facts: she lived in Fiji for two months, has skydived over the Pacific Ocean, was part of the medical team at the Touch Rugby World Cup and captained her university's first netball team. She works at our Bishop's Stortford clinic.
